Vertra supports Hawaii’s Senate Bill 2571, which bans the “sale and distribution of sunscreen containing Oxybenzone or Octinoxate, or both,” which went into effect on January 1st, 2021. We have since pledged to update any current products that contain these ingredients and commit to omitting Oxybenzone and Octinoxate from any future formulations.
